1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and engagement of Social Edge's services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Policy

Long-Term / Retainer Services

For recurring services such as Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, SEO or Performance Marketing: a 50% advance payment is required before the project begins, and the remaining payment is billed monthly as per the agreed plan.

Short-Term / Fixed-Scope Projects

For one-time projects such as Website Design, Branding or Content Creation: a 50% advance is required before work commences, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final deliverables are handed over.

3. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI. Payment details are shared on the invoice.

4. Late Payments

Invoices should be paid within the due date mentioned on the invoice. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of ongoing services, delay in project timelines and deliverables, and resumption of work only after outstanding dues have been cleared.

5. Refund Policy

All advance payments are non-refundable, since our services involve time, strategy, design and resource allocation from the start of a project.

6. Project Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days' written notice. Work completed to date remains payable, and any advance paid is non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, full ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our own portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We exercise reasonable skill and care, but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Guwahati, Assam having jurisdiction.
